What is LiftBoy?
LiftBoy is a system for barrier-free and contactless elevator operation via smartphone. It consists of:
a user-friendly app, optimized for screen readers, voice control, and smartwatches
and Bluetooth modules (LiftBoy GIM) that are connected directly to the buttons in the elevator—without interfering with the elevator control system
This allows the elevator to be conveniently operated via the app—without physical buttons and without an internet connection.

LiftBoy ® topology
1. LiftBoy® GIM BASE module for a maximum of 2 buttons (component is always required as a base)
2. LiftBoy® GIM ADD module for expanding the base with 8 additional buttons
3. Bluetooth antenna with 50 mm [1.966″] connection cable (antenna with 300 mm [11.811″] available as an option)
4. Supply voltage: 9–30 V DC
5. Connection to additional LiftBoy® GIM ADD modules (+8 buttons per module)
6. Wireless connection via Bluetooth Low Energy. No internet connection required. Frequency range: 2.402–2.480 MHz, range: ≤ 10 m [≤ 32.8 ft] (user device with LiftBoy® user app required)
