GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND SERVICE OF SCHAEFER GMBH
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply exclusively to all sales and deliveries of goods, accessories and spare parts by SCHAEFER GmbH, based in Sigmaringen, hereinafter referred to as ‘SCHAEFER’. Any conflicting and/or supplementary general terms and conditions of the buyer shall not apply to SCHAEFER. This shall also apply if SCHAEFER does not expressly object to such terms and conditions or fulfils its contractual obligations without reservation. All contractual terms and conditions are contained in the document of which these terms and conditions form an integral part. These terms and conditions shall also apply to all future transactions with the buyer.
